Job Description
We are looking for ADMIN ASSISTANT 1 with the experience 1. customer service and communication skills with experience greeting visitors, answering phones, and serving as the first point of contact in a professional office environment.
2. Receptionist or administrative support experience including front desk operations, appointment scheduling, calendar management, mail handling, filing, and document preparation.
3. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multitask, manage competing priorities, and maintain an organized work environment.
salary: $18 - $19 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors
Responsibilities
• Answer and direct incoming telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Greet clients and visitors and provide front-office reception support.
• Assist clients in person and over the phone with routine questions and service requests.
• Prepare outgoing mail, apply postage, and distribute incoming correspondence.
• Maintain physical and electronic filing systems and ensure records are organized and up to date.
• Support office administrative functions including document preparation, scanning, copying, and data entry.
• Assist with routine client service requests, including support for money movement transactions in accordance with established procedures.
• Process and assist with check deposit activities while adhering to applicable policies and controls.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information and company records.
• Follow established procedures and escalate questions or issues to management as appropriate.
• Support a professional, organized, and client-focused office environment.
