Harris Health is seeking an Anatomic Pathology Supervisor to lead laboratory operations at Lyndon B. Johnson Hospital . In this leadership role, you will supervise the daily operations and performance of the Histology, Cytology, Transcription, Morgue, and Frozen Section areas while ensuring the delivery of high-quality laboratory services.
Responsibilities include overseeing technical operations, personnel management, workflow optimization, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance. You will also perform bench duties as needed while mentoring staff and supporting continuous process improvement to ensure accurate and timely pathology services.
