At our Springfield pub on E Waterloo Rd, bartenders pour from the Hops & Shots list of over 120 beers and over 130 select spirits and sign guests up for the program, through the weekday $5 for $5 Happy Hour and weekend brunch.

What you'll do:

• Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Execute cocktails with precision
• Demonstrate menu knowledge and make recommendations to guests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining room
• Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions
• Follow all alcohol service and food safety guidelines

What you'll need:

• Previous bartending or serving experience preferred but not required
• Knowledge of common bar drinks, liquors, beer, and wine
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items throughout a shift
• Available for nights, weekends, and early mornings
• Must meet Ohio requirements for serving alcohol
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Nice to have:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• POS system fluency
• 2+ years of high-volume bartending experience

Schedule: Full-time and part-time shifts, with availability needed for nights, weekends, and early mornings — from Working Women's Wednesday to weekend brunch.

Pay: $5.50 per hour plus tips. For employees covered by the Ohio minimum wage of $11.00/hr (2026), base pay plus tips must meet that minimum for all hours worked; the employer must make up any shortfall.
