Job Title: Maintenance Tech

Job Description:
Utilize Fiix CMMS software to schedule, track, and document all maintenance activities.
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a variety of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on equipment such as presses & furnaces.
Conduct scheduled preventive and predictive maintenance and inspections on manufacturing equipment.
Maintain kilns, high-temperature furnaces, vacuum systems, and other ceramic- processing equipment.
Diagnose and resolve equipment issues & malfunctions and implement repairs to minimize downtime, including PLC fault finding and advanced troubleshooting.
Monitor KPIs and generate reports on equipment performance and downtime.
Responsible for quote/order process and inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies.
Support installation and commissioning of new equipment and upgrades.
Develop and implement maintenance procedures and training programs.
Perform tool and die set-ups on presses and grinding equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, manuals, and technical documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and environmental regulations.
Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to increase equipment reliability and process efficiency.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support manufacturing goals and resolve equipment issues.
Competent with PLC fault finding and basic programming
Occasional call out required
