Schedule: PRN coverage (once every 12-14 weeks), 24-hour shift coverage including hospital and surgical services. Call shifts average 10-12 hours per day. Phone consultations for multiple facilities as needed.

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Active Pennsylvania medical license or IMLC Letter of Qualification in hand required
• DEA certification required
• Strong communication skills essential for multi-site consultation model
• NPDB self-query within 6 months of submission
• Clean malpractice history (no settlements over $500K; no more than 3 settlements unless cases are over 20 years old)
• Credentialing timeframe: 90 days (temporary privileges available for clean files and urgent needs)
