Virtual Assistant for Social Media (**ESPECIALLy Instagram and CapCut,** Content & Online Business Support

We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to join our growing online business. This is a great opportunity for someone who is REALLY GOOD and SAVVY with social media, AI tools, content creation, and learning new systems.
**Ideally**, you also know how to automate tasks when you work with AI tools.
You’ll work on a variety of marketing and administrative tasks, so we’re looking for someone who takes initiative, pays attention to details, communicates well, and can be counted on to get things done on time.
Key Responsibilities:
1\. Manage and support social media accounts, **including Instagram,** Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, X, and other platforms.
2\. Help manage YouTube content and accounts for marketing purposes.
3\. Assist with content creation, scheduling, publishing, and basic research.
4\. Conduct keyword research and look for leads online
5\. Monitor customer inquiries, DMs, and follow-ups.
6\. Assist with basic video editing **Using CapCut and repurposing content for different platforms.
7\. Organize files, documents, and projects using Google Drive and Google Suite.
8\. Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to help with research, content, and daily tasks.
9\. Support additional marketing and administrative tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
Ideally, you have 2 to 3+ years of Virtual Assistant experience working with an English-speaking company or client. You must be fluent in written and spoken English and have excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
You should be comfortable learning new technology and working independently. Experience with video editing, and ideally Skool.com is a big plus, but you don’t need to know every platform from day one.
You must be dependable, mature, responsible, detail-oriented, and on time. We value people who take ownership of their work, ask good questions, and are willing to learn.
Technical Requirements:
You must have your own computer, headphones, microphone, and camera, along with a reliable internet connection of at least 30-50 Mbps download and upload.
Compensation:
Compensation will depend on your experience, skills, and interview.
